ArtBag Creations, Madison Avenue’s only Black-owned business, closing

The first and only Black-owned business along the Madison Avenue shopping corridor in Manhattan is closing. This is the final week for ArtBag Creations, but CBS2’s Jessi Mitchell explains how the owners will continue to serve the community.
